(i have recipes but i heard you need to trade recipes that are not find in HoH where can i found those items and what is the fair price?)

With the introduction of sprites some mat prices have gone up (not for everything though).
Bushy Tails, Drake Scales, Warp Dusts all sell pretty well.
Shards in bulk sell fairly well too.
You can craft the Pet food you don't need and sell that as well.
Vendor some useless mats that you're too lazy to auction (but keep some in reserves)
Use tokens (if you have extra) to buy trinkets you don't need and vendor them to the NPCs.
That's what I did when I was poor in SK.

You could just sell nothing. I hear that goes for quite a bit.
You can't make money selling most recipes, now that there is a Hall of Heroes where anyone can buy the recipes. So you need to know which recipes aren't sold in the Hall of Heroes: the recipes that let you upgrade boss reward items, such as Sealed Sword, Antigua, Pulsar, Twisted Targe, etc.
If you want to know actual prices, then you need to visit the Bazaar forum. You will get much better information there. In fact, you might consider moving this thread there (by editing the original post and selecting that forum from the drop-down menu).
