Unless you are talking about the abundant Shining crystals and Eternal orbs people are getting from grinding the BK event, I don't see anything out of the norm here o-o

It makes perfect sense. You have plenty of Shinings to level the 4*s to 10, and then you have lots of Eternal Orbs to then craft them. Granted, the next logical step would be to have more Radiants than Shinings.
