My suggestion is for an announcement system which Guild Masters and Officers could use to announce information to the entire Guild. Although you can provide information via guild chat this doesn't get the information to all guild members as not all members are on line at the same time and it would take too much time to message everyone separately. The problem we are having at the moment is that new members are putting materials into the Treasury which cannot be accessed rather than in member storage and although I remind everyone from time to time via the message of the day people forget. Also there are times when I want to canvass opinions and therefore a guild announcement system would prove very useful.
