Good morning/afternoon/evening, I'm here to report on what may be quite a catastrophic error.
Me and a friend recently decided to hop into the Arcade and go down one of the gates just earlier today (or yesterday depending on which side of the planet sees this) and getting down to Emberlight (depth cap due to rank) we were supposed to get our earned crowns upon returning to Haven. The friend earned around 6700+ crowns while I've earned around 8000 crowns. But when I return to Haven with everything in order, I only had 5,930 crowns. Is this a persistent error or did I do something incorrectly? We didn't pick the 'quit Expedition' button and clearly took the elevator up to Haven, so there's no way the crowns could've gone missing.

Did you buy any recipes during your run? That would account for you having less than you earned. Note that you get the crowns as soon as you pick them up, not when you finish.
