So I was able to find out this glitch when my slots expired. At this time, every time you use a trinket/weapon slot, and when you relog, the Weapon/Trinket slot will be refunded back to your inventory. Please take a look at the time on the lower right of the picture just incase if you think it's not real.

I confirm this glitch

This has happened to me since Saturday when I returned to the game, please fix this bug, not only does it allow players to exploit the slot upgrade times, it's also a large inconvenience among players who equip full on, I believe it's vital to fix, I have also submitted a bug report to follow.

I am also suffering from this problem. Both my weapon and trinket slot upgrades are un-equipping themselves, and each time the duration is reset to 30-days from when I equip them again.

EDIT: Also seems to affect heat gain upgrades.

I am suffering from this too. But unlike Theirillusion, my Weapon slot upgrades doesn't show the Upgrade option, all it says is: extend until ........ I already wasted 450ce with this glitch, every time i click the "extend" option the usable suddendly disappears, and so does my money.

This should be patched now

Had a ticket up having the same issue. Was some kind of odd bug resealing upgrade slots, normally just closing the slot but not deleting the upgrade.

Id suggest that if the glitch did eat your upgrade. Try to snag some proof that it did. Like when you used the upgrade and when you noticed it was removed, and report it as a ticket through your browser and ingame.
I had this issue and got a response from Cronus at the end saying it should be patched now and haven't had the issue anymore.

My trinket/weapon slots expired today and I renewed them.

Logging off then on again did not un-equip them. For me it seems as though this bug is resolved.
