I did update my thread in the Coliseum with this vid, but decided to also post it in the General Discussion just for those that don't play Lockdown so often. Lord knows we need all the frames we can get in the land of Java!

Performance Tweaks

Hope it helps!

Kudos to you! Looking at the notepad in the video, I know I've already done this all but I'm sure it'll help many a person who fails to understand Thrillhaus' thread.

Garbage collector can't

Garbage collector can't improve perfomance as players want. There is some bad code, thats why you need really good cpu, not tweaks, also it should be fast in single thread apps, something like core i5-i7@4.8-5.0 GHz. Minecraft has the same problems, but entusiasts edited code for miltithreading.

@The-Worst-Knight
The difference wasn't groundbreaking at the time, but I did notice a slight improvement especially as I played for an hour or two straight. Feyi did say they updated the code as time went on (I've had my extra.txt file roughly the same for quite a while) so perhaps taking it out won't make a difference these days. I'll give it a shot at some point.
I know there's an option in task manager to set the affinity for Java to run on just one CPU in dual core systems... I gave that a shot as well but didn't see much of a difference honestly - so I left it out of the vid.
