Ok so when I'm logged onto SK and go to Haven, LD, or any mission, my wifi-bars at the top right of the screen go from 1-4 up and down really fast and I get extremely laggy. Anyone know what that is?

As a minor without a laptop or smartphone, wifi bars aren't anything I care to visit.
Wifi is a wireless internet link, while those bars are your network connection to the SK servers. They fluctuate because your connection to SK is unstable. This is likely a result of internet traffic on your end (someone torrenting at your house, or if you use cable internet, your area getting busier).
