I play on Windows 8.1, a laptop (Levono IdeaPad, I believe), and the game crashes at certain times. This usually occurs when I am loading a new level, mostly Clockworks, but sometimes in Haven, inspecting people/looking at my closeout (in the character section), and going on the Auction House. I would like to know if this can be stopped, but I have not heard of anyone else with this problem. Also, when the game crashes, I have to log in again, but I am disconnected. From what I have been told, I have the red disconnected symbol thingy above my knight. Does anyone else have this problem or knows how to fix it?

Mind posting your computer specs, as well as your java version? It could seem that from your description, it is just stack overflow causing crashes (sudden loading of a menu/entering a level), and judging from what you describe as a Lenovo Ideapad (rather weak computer), it could just be the problem.
