Okay, so here is exactly what happens. When I get on the website everything runs smoothly as should but when I try through Steam I get the network error saying "Either there is a temporary network outage or the server is not yet fully operational. Please wait a moment before reconnecting". It always gives me that issue on Steam... I believe its the Boot strapper client. Any suggestions? I've checked my drivers and updated them. I meet the requirements. Everything is fine but that is the only problem I'm having. Do you think that one of the GM's would consider giving me a character transfer because I haven't been on in about 5 months because of this problem...
