current heart attack ultimates are useless.
Violent Heart attack is useless, with such low damage you are better off spamming VT to chain shock damage rather than heart attack damage.
The Iron Heart attack is ok, with the defence boost you resist a bit of damage and statuses have a harder time attaching to you (yep you get a status resistance though usually enough to just walk through wisps).

Mending is cool as it combines remedy and hp, rather make it so it has a chance of dropping a small blue heart that heals status and hp as well as larger regular ones.
C4 is way op and the lag from detonating them in places like FSC would be horrible, not to mention the possible knockback. (invinciticks could solve the OP part but ppl would whine about that).
Everlasting is nice but more entities means more lag, this would make uncollected hearts in earlier arena stages actually get you killed by lag. (rather just increase the time they appear on screen to %150 the current time)
Increased is nice but it too is OP, provided you dont take damage you can farm respawning enemies to get near infinite hp. (You could say it can overheal up to %125 and wears off after a while to leave you back at %100)
