So ever since the whole 'thousands of havens' incident yesterday I've been randomly getting disconnected from the server when moving between some areas, namely between everywhere else and haven. The screen will fade out, as if to begin loading, but then stays black. If I restart the game, I log in and imediately start loading into the area, as if I got D/C'd. It's fairly annoying as you can imagine, having to relaunch the game every time I want to join my friend in a mission or haven.
So my question is, has anyone else had a similar issue, and if so how did they resolve it? I have a feeling that the network I'm on might be to blame, but many other applications that use the network are working perfectly fine.
I have have been reading about this Haven glitch for a while. lol Glad I am not returning until early September :) Are you in a guild? If you are in a guild that has a Alchemy Room, Auction House Room, and other rooms like it you could try avoiding the Haven completely. Most of the time I go straight to guild hall and avoid the Haven.
Not sure if this solution would stop the random disconnects or not. But with a decent guild the Haven is not a place you have to go to.
