I mean we might want a weather system atleast at haven which at day the normal calm music plays and goes night which MORE calmer music plays,if it was, ITS GOING TO BE OFF THE CHARTS. i mean there might be lag but adding if weather apears or not can be added right?

This should also include stuff like rain, snow, wind, and rare chances for hail (where all the vendors would go inside and sell from their windows) and extremely rare solar eclipses (based on when real ones happen?). they could last anywhere from 5 mins-1hr.
in haven, it would be ok.
in the clockworks, we are in skydomes, there is weather is some stages but it's artificial. if you want more info on that, check the wiki.
