Change One Letter

Welcome to the forum game 'Change One Letter' where the goal is to.. well, change one letter, remove one letter, or add one letter to a word, and have it still be a word. Also, try to avoid using words that have already been used!

URBAN DICTIONARY WORDS ARE ALLOWED.

... and so on. If there comes any point where there's no possible way to change the word and have it still be a real word, that poster can start with a new word (try to keep it 3, 4, or 5 letters if making a new word.)
