Instead of purchasing a one use key for 750 CE why not make a special key that can be used 10 times but only costs 7000 CE (less than 10 silver keys). Much like how a bulk sale store has lower unit prices than general stores this key would entice players to buy an expensive item and would encourage them to play more, either to buy Lockboxes off the AH or to find their own.

10 keys cost 7500e. 7500e cost $19.95 USD.
What you are really asking for is a way to get the bulk discount price but without being responsible for injecting money into the system.
Have it come with a free lockbox the first week or two. Maybe a mirrored one or one of the "outdated metal" ones (Titanium, silver).
