Forgetting things like stats for a moment, what set (costume or not) do you think looks the coolest?
My personal favourite is the Mercurial Demo set. I'm a sucker for that kind of steam-punk, scrap heap sorta look.

I love cats so I would say Kat sets but the armour pieces are kind of ugly. Kat Masks/Cowls+Fur Coats and whatnot works great, though.

Salamander, Skelly, Vog Cub
Salamander helmets have a tongue lolling out of them. I don't know whether that's cool or just funny, but it's great.
Dread Skelly has all of those horns, like chitinous barbs on a beetle.
Vog Cub looks amazing. I know that too many people have it, so it's boring. But if you actually try to take a serious look at the thing with fresh eyes, it is really pretty fantastic art.

I think azure guardian looks cool, but people assume you're bad at the game if you have it

Mercurial Demo Suit.
Add a bomb bandolier to it and it'll look nice.
Add an aggro aura and it'll look fancy.
Keep it as it is and looks classy.

It is one of the few if not only hyper polished looking sets in the game.
It looks fast and I feel fast when using it.
