So yeah as the title says the screen flashes black and then back to the desktop repeatedly when I try to open up the game. After a while it just stops on the desktop and thats it. Java stays open so in order to relaunch the game I have to close it on the task manager. Even doing that it still happens. I've reinstalled, made sure Javas updated, Graphics card up to date, I meet the requirements and made sure the firewall isn't blocking the game or Java. I've also ran it on administrator but still nothing. I usually use the steam client but then it just started doing this. I've installed the non steam version and it still has the same problem. Please help. I have no clue what to do next. Been this way for like I think a year since I've played now or something because of this problem. I don't keep track.

IMPORTANT: It always does it after the Validating and Downloading data window. Gets to 100% then does it.
