Seeing how widely used swiftstrike buckler i suggest making a 4* upgrade that provides msi low, but only a marginal defense increase. I think this works out well because swiftstrike is meant to be a a shield with low health, so msi will help with staying alive without making it overpowered, and it also fits the the "swift" part of the name well.
