a thing for the update for bombers

I'm still a srub on programing so keeping in mind I don't no how this effort may sound as a difficulty but
why not just make a compy of all the bomber gear from the gunner gear and just have the looks that they have as fillers until they make new designs for them?

IDK if in the programing it could be replaced or not but...

first... i don't think it works that way (hell... i KNOW it doesn't)
second... is there any proof there will be a bomber update?

new guns where needed, lack of piercing guns for one and lack of diversity. and not much for armor

bombers have a few armor sets and enough bombs if you ask me. same for sword wielders. if they where planning something i hope they go ahead with the arcade redux and new T3 boss (and overall content)

Are you serious?

Bombers only have one type of damage defense Elemental. (unless you count the Kat Hiss set.... Oh wait, everyone spent their whiskers and pages on the BK/gun/sword Kat items)

We have no real elemental damaging weapons (Haze bombs have weak damage, EV has the same damage and is risky, and the Shards have invincitics)

Bombs are the least used class of weapons in the game, most bombers are merely viewed as status spreaders and any attempt to become an "offensive" bomber are either met with allies knocking enemies out of bomb radius or just getting kicked from the party for trying to use a Nitronome.

Swords need an update

With issues ranging from nerfs (Acheron) to buffs (CIV) to hitbox issues (Flourish charges and regular combos) I would think swords need mechanic changes.

More status resists would be welcome in any class of weapon.

I agree with Holy's

I agree with Holy's suggestion. lockdown is unfair with the swordplay. I'm usually four tiles away and a single flourish hit takes me out. Not to mention the acheron spam.

Well we did just get Shadow, Elemental, and Piercing Blasters...

What's to say we can't expect the same with the Blast Bomb line in the future?

There also needs to be a curse mist bomb, really badly.

I agree with this!

We definitely need new bombs! It sucks not having relatively decent Elemental and Shadow Bombs... ­>.<

About shadow bombs...

DR is great and all, but it's really not that good at taking down Gremlins. More than 50% of the time, I use DBB instead against them. Oddly enough, DR would've been a much more potent murder machine if it did elemental damage instead of shadow.

If it actually did more than just scratch damage, and wasn't such a pain to use, Graviton Vortex would've been great for taking down any shadow-vulnerable enemy.

algorithms are the solutions to any problem.

DR isn't great at dealing with T3 twackers. for all the rest, it's pretty amazing in dealing with everything that doesn't resist shadow. I have one at level 7 and it already does that.

DR is better at dealing with T3 Thwackers than the old Biohazard (probably still is better)

@ Keep

Vortexes are support weapons, problem with bombers is that most of our weapons (that we can use in a party without getting kicked) are support

Be brave!

I bring it as a 3rd weapons against contruct/slime turrets on certain floors.

Decontructor(the nitronome line noone knows about) could be rehauled into a elemental at the exchange of it's contruct vs Vhigh but would kill if it still had it, other than the contructs themselves.

on the point on DR, it's better off killing slimes than gremilins since most T3 gremilins are to fast to stay in DR's sweet spot. Further more their sheild don't help it either. But maybe when Seerus meant gremilins he mean't lesser ranks like T2 gremilins, that or he's blind and he has an army of slimes.
