I don't understand why that guy would bind that item. It's not even a great shield. And if it's a stupidly rare item, at some point in the future the devs are going to rebalance so that it's is at least a little more common. Why not take advantage of its ultra-rarity now, sell it off, become a millionaire, and be set for life?
to make it a Crest of Almire maybe? And normal - shadow - fire - shock really isn't bad if you ask me.
I think there is one known one out there. And by now its bound to that player.
