I've run into Templar Armor in Spiralspy.
Now, I know I'm supposed to keep hush hush about things like this, But A: I want to know what it truly looks like. B: I've got a hunch.
The file's been sitting there for a long time, Before the Kataclysm.
So I'd imagine that it's scrapped, old, or unused.
Most likely beta equipment.
The helm is a cobalt reskin (There are two types of the templar armor, So possibly an old PVP equip?) Whereas the Armor is a pain to understand.
The Arms and chestplate are Valkyrie parts, The Pelvis is a Rivet reskin, and from there down I have no clue. Probably something similar to the wolver leg parts.
