too bad, equipment is now locked behind ranks. if OOO wanted to make missions not-mandatory, it wouldn't have forced players to do it to begin with.
the idea isn't bad though, let's say that if you can get 2* and 4* equipment you go to the HoH to get permission to pass rank no questions asked?
