Spiral Knights - Accounts Sharing Mist Energy on Paid Account

I have a Paid Account. I just created a second, free account on the same computer.

According to the FAQ, the two accounts should not share mist energy, but both of my accounts are sharing the same mist tank. Can this be corrected?
