Exploding bullets should trigger nearby bullets
Orbiting/trigger bullets should hit through shields (explosions are blocked by shields)

I would like a higher time set for each pellet so I can spam away a bit more.
Remove knockback on targets with more than 5 tags and replace with massive flinch chance.
