I was in Haven just now and suddenly people started teleporting around on my screen. I wasn't sure what I was seeing, since it was two or three of them, but as I tried to move it started acting like I was rubber-banding while chat and everything remained unaffected. Eventually my mobility returned and the people stopped teleporting. This is the first time I've ever had this happen.
