As we all know deadly shadow cloak is a very good ability, due to the flash charge. I think its fine that it has the flash charge though, removing that would make quills better in every situation. Vengeful shadow cloak on the other hand is so underpowered, it doesnt do anything useful. I chose that ultimate thinking 'the blast' would be like a spark revive blast, which would actually be very useful in certain situations to get some breathing space, or even better: to protect your teammates that are in trouble. So my suggestion is to make Vengeful shadow cloaks shockwave the same as a spark rev blast.
