Edit the OP, click the place where it says the thread is, move to graveyard, it can't be simpler

Above the Post reply button and below the Home button you will see the View and Edit buttons.
Click the Edit button and you will be transferred to where you can edit the post.
Below the Subject space on that screen will be the Forums list. Go there and change it to whatever forum you want and it will be transferred there, this can be used to move incorrectly placed threads or place them in the graveyard.
Get out of Arsenal forum and go to the Bazaar!
