More treasure boxes in arcade or missions and PvE improvement.

I don’t know if they are already making changes for the things I am suggesting. It’s not my fault that they don’t release patch notes of every single bug or thing they change in the game. For every reboot or patch they do…

I don’t know about you guys but I feel the reason why I don’t PvM that much is because of the lack of rewards you get per level and run over all. We could talk about the level design, the horrible AI that some monsters have and the vanilla weapons we use. But at the end of the day I think everyone expects something out of these runs and things I really just want is more crowns, radiants, and tokens…

Give us something to do in the clockworks with all the new generation players. Ok three difficulty modes were a fair addition. But how about adding more mobs and spawns? Make walking through halls less boring and rooms that are far away actually worth running. As much as I like fighting in The Graveyard, I hate those far rooms where you would expect some prize box to only just be 4 small balls of heat and a couple of minerals… I just find myself carelessly spamming attacks or charged weapons carelessly because it’s too boring. Being bored and able to play with minimum effort and still complete the run with not much difficulty tells me there is something wrong lol… I guess the only exception where I still face a challenge and can’t afford to be reckless is fighting those pesky monsters that almost everyone in the game hates.

As much as I hate to admit, the end game for most games is their PvP. If players are bored of PvP then give them a reason play our game more. If you can’t meet their demands for Lockdown, might as well help nurture what was Spiral Knights in the first place.

Ok I am lazy… I don’t like grinding my butt off for my resources… However, I think everyone should experience better gameplay and rewards. I am sick of people dictating the market and parking their knights in front of the auction house trying to merch for a living in the game, instead of playing like its creators have intended.

Hi <3

Moar content!!! But to produce more content they need to do more work, and so they need monies. That means more promo boxes! Hooray, back to square one. :(

Boxies

I wouldn't mind buying promo boxes if the things inside them were actually worth buying… People complain about reskins but still buy the boxes anyways… I’d only buy a Promo if it’s something I like and if their approach is different. Meaning no reskins or mass clippings. Only then I know they are doing something different and I am getting my money’s worth. It will make me feel good about supporting a game that’s going somewhere.

Um.

The point about putting reskins and recolors is so there's no such thing as P2W gear. Granted, new art styles is always appreciated (such as the node slime box, the warden box, and the apocrean box), but I'd rather have the current verdant prize box than another mixmaster.

What the arcade needs isn't more rewards... The rewards in the clockworks are definitely worthwhile as is, but it needs more randomized content. As of right now the "coolest thing" about the clockworks are scenario rooms. However, these rooms are rare, but they tell a short story and might not even do anything other than sit there. If we had various scenario rooms in all level types, perhaps with rewards in them (not too much however), then it would make the arcade usually one-up the missions.
One thing Fehzor has suggested in the past has been to revamp difficulties to make advanced the "normal", elite a "super hard mode", and normal a "learning" mode. In that thread I suggested having the swarm have scenario arenas at all depths on elite mode to make it truly a difficult difficulty. In order to balance things, elite rarity drops would be moved over to advanced mode, and elite itself would have buffed rarity payouts (only slightly however). Overall, it would make elite mode harder while adding more "end-game content" to the arcade. Buffing rarity payout, but not crown payout, still will attract veterans to the clockworks on elite since a lot of the end-game currently is rarity hunting.
