it was removed because sleep is still broken and not a single goddam thing was done to fix it (apparently).

If you don't remove sleep resistance, at least compensate for it with other types of resistance. But still, bring back those sleep level things!

IF STARLIGHT CRADLE IS IN THE GAME SLEEP RESISTANCE IS ALLOWED, remove items of pure sleep resistance and take sleep resistance off items that have it and another status resistance, otherwise, re-add starlight cradle

Starlight Cradle got removed for a reason. What exactly that reason is... well, only OOO knows for sure, but the most likely explanation is that Sleep is a very difficult status effect to deal with. It's just like being frozen, but you can't be broken out of it, you can't shield, and you slowly regenerate health... for some reason. This goes for anything related to Sleep, including weapons that can deal it, enemies that can deal it, or new levels themed after it: before anything involving Sleep can be implemented in the game, it needs to have some workarounds put in to address its flaws, or just redone completely.
