Noxiousnarwhal has a sleep vial bandolier, valued it at 100k ce (Idk about offers on it though)
I would say 50k E to be safe, but it is probably higher.

better off selling outside of the Auction House for such a high-value item. Take offers for now and sell when you get an offer you like; as previously mentioned, Noxious did have an offer of 100kE for his Sleep Vial Bando.
