The supply depot appears to show that it doesn't, while the wiki does.
I'm not really sure which one to trust.

You're right that the Supply Depot doesn't show stun. I didn't know that. Sorry. That would have been a great fact to note in your original post.
The recipe in the Hall of Heroes also doesn't show stun.
Iron Slug used to deal stun, and there have been no release notes since the gunner update saying that it was changed.
It would be nice to get confirmation from a player who currently owns it and can examine the actual item in the game.

The actual weapon does not
The actual weapon does not show stun either, except for a vague reference in the color description.
It does in fact have stun. About 30% of the time on normal shots, every time on the charge.

Iron slug used to be labeled
Iron slug used to be labeled as having stun back in 2011, when it didn't stun. Now it stuns, but isn't labeled that it stuns.

Avid Magnus user here, can confirm both Callahan and Slug have an approximately similar chance to stun. Slug doesn't have the status chance on the tooltip, however, but it do stun.
