Has anyone got any pieces of catchy, one-lined advice to take in the game? Or perhaps sayings and metaphors that reflect ingame events or items etc?

Here's a few bad examples:
"Cheap as prismatic bolted vees" - Indicating something is very cheap
"Does the prestige mission like clockworks" - Refers to a player who always starts the prestige missions at midnight PST

It doesn't have to be based on a real saying, just anything catchy will do.

Oboy, where to go

Let's see...

To be a Larry - to hold true to technicalities and viciously correct those who are technically incorrect
Like a gremlin in a graveyard - to be completely out of place
A curse of chaos - when you are unable to do anything without it coming back to haunt or hurt you
Over in a blitz - to complete something incredibly quickly due to specific tool or asset
A hall of heroes is lost to those who rush - don't try to speed through a task or activity; enjoy the path instead of focusing on the destination

I could make some more if you all want some.

Yes, I really like those

Yes, I really like those Fangel.
Midnight's RNG one is great but it needs to be reworded to something "riddle" sounding to be truly catchy.

I've got some'ore!

Couple of days later and I can have more creative juices. Here we go!

  • Subtle as a salamander - thinking that you are on the right path when an outsider can clearly see otherwise
  • They're an echo as silent as a rock concert - a person whose personality is loud but enjoyable
  • The shankles of the lost may hurt to break, but once they are removed they are truly free - hurting someone may be the only correct step to better themselves, but they do not have the power to do it alone
  • Do not dwell on those who you've lost as it can drive you to a sanctuary of insanity - do not grieve over things you could not prevent any longer than you need to become a stronger person
  • It takes two to tango, but many more can do the sudaruska - a small group can achieve something, but the more you add to the group the more skills you bring to the table
  • Keeping a charge inside means nothing if not released - having potential or a skill means nothing unless it is used

That's about all for my brain for right now... Two of the "harder to understand ones" refer to apocrea and the Silent Legion, but can probably be interpreted in other ways too. :)
