hi, i would like to trade my Black kat Mail for the Black kat rainment, how much do i need to add for the rainment? I prefer around 7K because of the unbinding costs.

^You need around 15k E plus
^You need around 15k E plus the unbind for the raiment. 15k for the value of 3 trips to get 3 whiskers for the raiment. 4k for the unbind. Probably more for the rarity too....
But you already knew that, so I guess this is to call you out on your blatant attempt at a lowball.
