Definitely it shoild be removed, because the radius of healing spell is twice bigger than the visible area. I would also remove from menders the ability to revive themselves(or make it to be done only once); in third room of arena, last wave is tough because of menders, that always stay in center, kinda hard to kill them while you encounter an army of mech knights or greavers. Force menders to fight, that would be fair enough instead of endless coward tactics.

Trivia: Menders can only cast one revive per life. When there are two menders, simply make sure to kill the same mender twice to prevent an infinite loop of reviving.

Also, Lichen Colony spines deal damage through walls too. This caught me off guard when I got hit because regular jelly cube spines can't traverse impassable terrain.
