I don't know if the Margral boss fight was changed from the first iteration, but does everyone in the party receive both a BKC and a Wicked Whisker, is it a drop chance, or does only the book holder get the helm?

The rewards were changed from the first iteration, but not from the last iteration before this one. Neometal's summary is correct.
Only the player who had the book gets the bkc; every player gets a whisker (and 6 tokens) after Margrel is dead.
