I know my username and password are correct (obviously). Every time I click Play, the game launches, the window opens, and then, nothing. The screen sits there. It says "logging in" and it never logs in to the game. I've tried typing in my password even though I'm already logged in on the web. I've also tried installing the game, and I still can't log in. I don't know what the problem is.
