I have done this test quite some time ago but never mentioned it here. My first intention of it was to prove fallowing statement which I did read in the forum: ,,upgrading a Nightblade into Acheron has no loss in damage since Acheron is so strong" (which proofed to be a total exaggerated lie).

For my test I did use full damage bonus the whole time. So all damage numbers are done with a damage bonus increase: Maximum! against the Gremlin punching bag of the T3 guild training hall.

The lower number indicates the 2nd hit (which is equal to the 1st hit) while the secound number indicates the 3rd hit of the 3-slash-combo of these swords.

Results:
Nightblade, heat 10: 363, 462

Acheron, heat 01: 299, 389
Acheron, heat 02: 305, 394
Acheron, heat 03: 313, 403
Acheron, heat 04: 320, 411
Acheron, heat 05: 332, 426
Acheron, heat 06: 349, 446
Acheron, heat 07: 366, 466 <- you can call this finally equal to nightblade, heat 10
Acheron, heat 08: 383, 486 (3rd hit is displayed as normal weakness vs gremlin)
Acheron, heat 09: 403, 509 (3rd hit is displayed as normal weakness vs gremlin)
Acheron, heat 10: 422, 532 (3rd hit is displayed as normal weakness vs gremlin)

Here the screenshot proofes:

@para

Just doing commands is easy, but you did not even seem to be interested since you did not reason it anywhere or offered to help - which leaves me the conclusion that you are just trolling.

However, if you are serious about getting this information, then add a new topic in which you ask people to collect data. Therefore you an use this topic as example reference.

Also you shall consider that there is no point for me to craft a secound Acheron since mine (obviously) hit heat level 10 already.

The purpose of this topic is to offer actually information to those who are interested in comparing things or who simply want to know the progress of acheron compared to its 4 star equivalent. So feel free to link back to these data in other topics whenever you like.

I'm serious. I'll collect

I'm serious. I'll collect gran Faust versus 4* brandish data as I heat it in dreams and nightmares. I want to know if depth scaling is different for 4* vs 5* for later depths.

adding results

It would be nice to see your results of your tests.

From what I got you are testing GF vs void enemies from all deapths and I assume from T3 training, too?

It would be nice to have more information about the exact way you are testing. Also about what UVs you are using or more accurately: what damage bonus it does has in the end.

Just make sure to have the same things equipped each time you record your results!

Edit:
Doesn't there already exist a formula of how much damage a weapon deals on different heat levels once the end-damage is know?
