*I'm not sure if this has already been discussed before or not, but I didn't find anything on the forums/wiki so I'll just post it here*
Until a few hours ago i thought that charged attacks were completely uneffected by ASI, but I seem to have found an exception. Today I made a Wild Hunting Blade, just for fun, but i noticed that WHB's charge attack is executed significantly faster if you have high ASI. I don't have the right instruments to properly measure this speed boost, but the difference between no ASI and ASI max is quite noticeable even to the naked eye, if you want to try it. This doesn't only apply to the WHB, but even to the DVS and all the cutters in general (even the to Red Saber).
I also tried this thing with other weapons, mostly focusing on those weapons whose charge attack is composed of "multiple attacks" (like the final flourish, the antiguas, etc.), but it only seems to work with the cutters.
Oh well, I hope this can be useful in some way...

In case you don't know, the wiki page where you can read about ASI, CTR, etc. is Abilities.
Sorry, but your observation is already pretty much covered there: ASI affects all attack animations. ASI has a slight effect on charges per minute, including bomb charges per minute.
That wiki page doesn't specifically address WHB/DVS, but it makes sense that their charges would be more than slightly affected, as they take so long to execute. Anyway, it's nice that you've pointed it out.

I have been looking at DVS/WHB threads, wiki pages and videos, but I didn't look at the wiki abilities page, thinking it only worked with the cutters.
But if this is an already well known fact, then I don't think there's much to discuss here- I'll just graveyard this in a few hours. Thank you for responding.

Probably many players don't know this fact. They would find your thread interesting and not at all stupid. So I don't see any particular reason to Graveyard this thread. Cheers.

This also effects the antigua lines very noticeably. Asi max will spit bullets out like a champ during the charge.

@Parasthesia- Hmm, I didn't notice at first it while I was trying this thing with my antigua, maybe it's not as noticeable as it is with the cutters, or maybe I just didn't pay enough attention. But you're right, there actually is some difference.

Should work on everything, just the slower the charge attack the more you'll notice it.
Blitz benefits from having it, with more ASI you can finish your charge and get out of the way quickly (or start another charge sooner).
