I had previously mentioned that Sewyy was the culprit, that was a grave error on my part. While I have disputed trades with Sewyy in the past I have not been scammed by them.

Monster-Kele, was the actual culprit, it was literally just a case of thinking of kele while I was reading a post from sewyy and I ended up typing their name instead
