I would remove all the reskin tags.

Then, I'd mark FF as a reskin of the Deadly Candy Poker, mark Ash of Agni as a reskin of the Punkin Cinnamug and the Scalding Hot Cocoa, Levi as a reskin of Celestial Blade, Sentenza as a reskin of Obsidian Carbine, CIV as a reskin of Sweet Dreams, mark the Calibur line and Defender line as reskins of the Honor equips, mark EV as a reskin of Celestial Vortex, mark Obsidian Vortex as a reskin of Graviton, Nova Driver as a reskin of Nog Blaster, mark all the different damage type Blasters as reskins of the normal versions, etc.

-Mark fang of vog as a combuster reskin and watch people hurt themselves.
-Put derogatory comments in the Silversap's description because they're jerks.
-Edit the Battlepod's description to say it very rarely sprouts spider legs and walks around.
-Edit Darkfang Shield description to say it drops from Thwackers in t3 deconstruction zones, but only if you leave all Mecha Knights and Menders alive.
-Mix up all the Stranger names and see how long it takes people to notice.

I'd probably falsify damage numbers and put up edited images that have had their color schemes altered in slight ways. Bad links and small things that would eat away at Novaster's time to fix would also be a good idea.

I would switch out all the handguns for real life weapons.
Boom, Proto Gun is now a BB-Gun.
Blitz Needle is now a Minigun.
Antigua is now a Single Action Army.
And Magnus... Is a Shotgun... Yeah...

@Blazecat: Magnus is a 0.44 magnum, of course. Pepperbox is a shotgun.

Not sure if you're joking, but wiki trolls/vandals make false edits, for example destroying code and templates so that instead of looking all nice and neat, the pages will be all messed up.

It doesn't have to be destroying code though. It can also be things like this:
