Question:

Is the "Damage Penalty vs Fiend" an indication of:

You taking more damage from Fiends or you giving less damage to Fiends?

Should be the latter, give less damage to fiends. Haven't tried it myself though.

Doing less damage to fiends with your attacks. I am actually putting an unusual set together; I have a hood (divine veil) with the max curse resist UV with a soon to be Armor of the Fallen with max normal defense UV. I'll be wearing the Crown as costume gear. Should be some fun (and hopefully versatile) endgame gear with a lot of resists and three types of defense.

Oh, and the damage bonus from the divine veil should cancel out the fallen penalty...
