And you do actually have one? GM did move this to the arsenal so maybe..? I mean I don't think it is but if it is then I'll totally grind for it.

It's obviously different. As in its peppermint flavored and you can lick it when you feel like it on your missions.
No just kidding. It's just a reskin like the deadly candy poker. Not as amazing as the snipe gun, but oh well.
