The players in General Discussion can't help you. For this kind of thing, you need to contact Three Rings through technical support.
In fact, the linked thread is in Bug Reports, which will probably reach them. So you can move this thread to the Graveyard (by editing the original post and choosing that forum from the drop-down menu). Good luck.
