Woah.
That is a lot of money. You cannot convert it into real money, but with a million crowns you could almost but (digital) liquid gold. If I were to estimate, it would be about 105,000 crystal energy through trading, which would then be about $200. This however, is probably not accurate. It would be best to find energy rates here:

And then check the trading, do some math, and figure it out, I'm not entirely sure how it works. Spend wisely.

Here's what we'll do, we'll see how much CE you can get with 1 million crowns, And then we'll see how much CE you can buy with real money from Three Rings Energy store.
Last time I checked the market CE was at 9,660 at sell offers, and around 9,466 for buy offers, We'll meet halfway and go 9,500
9500 x 105 comes out to 997,500 crowns, leaving you with 10.5k ce.
The least amount of energy you can buy from Spiral knights is 750 energy which costs 2.45$ (USD)
10,500 divided by 750 comes out to 14
14 x 2.45 = 34.30$
This is just from OOO's smallest energy package, of course if you buy bigger ones, You get more CE per package.

to expand on the above...
TF2 keys go for around 2k each, so 10k ce will get you 5 of them.
If you sell them on the market you can get 2.25 each or so after Valve's cut
so about $11.25.
