I put an offer to sell 900CE in the energy depot this morning when the game was pretty busy. The price kept changing, so I was going to cancel my offer and post another one, but when I tried to cancel, I got the "No such offer" message. I didn't receive any crowns for the trade - and the 900CE was gone as well.
Has anyone else seen this? I sent a support request, and they asked me to try logging off and back in, but that didn't help.
Its marked as escalated to lead now, and when I asked when I would be refunded, I was told it would take a few days.
I've provided more specific details in my support request, but checking to see if anyone else has run into this.
I posted a bid to purchase CE. The server was on the slow side because it took forever to load up my Mail, but I needed CE now.
When i posted it, it didn't appear the same time so I closed it and continued playing. When i checked back, it was there, check back 5 minutes later, it was gone.
Eventually the market bid reached my offer and i was never credited my 100CE and my Crowns was still showing a loss of 5900.
I submitted a bug report, but i am not sure if they'll respond or even credit my account. Only time will tell.
