Apparently, there's a fourth, and final Casino achievement. I'd like to know how to obtain it aside from just -guessing- the amount of plays necessary to get it, like 1m plays, or 25k plays, I'm not going to grind the casino just from a guess.

Whoa.

That's quite the requirement. You think GH would place in progress indicators to some achievements to keep track? Just saying.

As far as I know, the first needs 100 rolls and the 2nd needs 10k - said from a friend who got the silver one. He assumes that gold would indeed take 1M (based on 100x100x100).

But even if money isn't a problem... it'd prolly take dozens of hours just to sit in front of the machine and keep on rolling.

Someone needs to time how long it takes to roll and do the math on that. I want numbers for my amusement.

Let's assume you're gambling at the fastest possible rate, 2.5 or so rolls per second.

Let's also assume that Degenerate Gambler is one million rolls.
1,000,000 * 2.5 = 2,500,000 seconds.

2,500,000/60 = 41,666.666~, let's round to 41,667 minutes.

41,667/60 = 694.45, lets round to 694 hours.

694/24 = 28.916, rounding to 29 days.

It'd take 29 days of straight rolling, no sleep, to get this achieve.

If it is a million rolls then someone needs to rethink the cheevo... although I suppose it would be plausible to roll that much over the course of about........... five years? If you REALLY liked node slime stuff. Like REALLY liked it. Like I've been partaking in these but not THAT much.

Of course that assumes it is actually a million. I could easily see it being 100K or some other number.

I also do the animation cancelling thing on the machines, but it takes me a bit longer, even then the amount of time required is beyond stupid. That's why I'm hopeful we only need 20k, 25k, or 50k rolls. And also a counter for this is absolutely required.

Maths

@Fruitalicious: I think you did your math wrong. At 2.5 rolls per second, the number of seconds required to get 1 million rolls would be
1,000,000 / 2.5 = 400,000 (not multiplied by, as that would be 2.5 seconds per roll)

Divide by 60, divide by 60, divide by 24 gives you 4.62 days.

The confusion is that your math isn't matching up with what you said.

In your post you said "2.5 or so rolls per second."
Your calculations use 1 roll per 2.5 seconds, which is probably what you meant, but the text threw them off.

Corrections

@Fruitalicious: in that case your math is right, but you presented the information wrong. Someone even asked how to do 2.5 rolls per second, and you responded like it was normal, so I assumed you had meant what you said.

People are starting to obtain this now due to 50x rolling.

Assuming 1 roll per 2.5 seconds, it would take 50000 seconds, or just under 14 hours.
