if through www.spiralknights.com
If your account was made through www.spiralknights.com, then your wiki account was made at the same time. So go to...
http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Special:ListUsers
...and enter your account name (not your knight name). You will see when your account (not your knight) was made.

I think Steam shows a 'last played' for each game. Just check that date minus the hours you spent.
If you play through Steam, looking at the date on your earliest achievements (rescue camp, first steps, etc) is a good indicator of when you created your first knight.
Otherwise you can just see your playtime, not so much the date created. Your playtime is shown on the "Choose you Knight" screen after you log in, under each knight.
