As far as I can tell, AH sales don't really have a designated timeframe. They sometimes are here during the Cyber Monday flash sales, but other than that it's spotty at best.
Just keep an eye open for announcements or timeframes where it would make sense. Anniversary coming up might mean AH sales, but nothing about future updates or happenings can really be confirmed.
