The overcharged mixmaster is sometimes put up as a featured auction. It may return in a future promotion, but for now the only way to acquire one would be through another player or the featured auction.
The Celestial Orbitgun is very similar (The only difference being the appearance and the status applied) and is available regularly from equinox prize boxes, albeit at a very low chance.
