I propose a new Kleptolisk mechanic that enables them to "spit up" any Vials they have taken from players in that level. The Vial inventory is shared with all other Kleptolisks in the level (disguised as the premise that they've taken other things before), and is essentially limitless (can hold more than three of one vial at a time, etc) due to the relative rarity of Vials in a level.

Probably in the game

They actually tend to leave swallowed pickup after death.

Clarification error.

I'm talking about using Vials as a projectile.

Yes.

They should also be able to lick up any pick-ups on the ground.

(I really like your suggestion marathon so far)

Dude what if they became a status variant based on what vial they ate?

wait... that might work...

that mechanic might also work on zombies as well, if it happens when inflicted with a status. hm...

a monster type that changes when inflicted with a status or stealing a vial.

Remember, don't shoot food.

I want to see one eat a Mecha-Knight kit then assemble a T1 Mecha Knight in it's mouth then spit it at you.

Or maybe since they are

Or maybe since they are somewhat chameleons, they change status when afflicted with one? Normal hit with fire deals fire damage for a short while before turning it into a lil fire spitting guy
