Ionized Bomb I didn't buy or craft

Okay noob question from a noob.
I was sent a mail with attachment today. To be honest didnt read it as I thought it was from something I had on auction. Later I noticed Ionized Salt Bomb in my inventory. I dont know how it got there. I cant make it and my understanding is 4 star is bound. So just wondering is it reward, drop, bug...? I definately am missing something.

Sort of thought so but wanted conformation on it.
It was likely from a treasure box. 4* items are not bound if they come from there. (Haven't tested 5*, I assume the same would be true.)
